1. About Telnergy

Telnergy Limited (Company No. 04523687, registered in England and Wales) is an independent commercial energy consultancy. We act as an intermediary between business customers and energy suppliers.

2. Our services

Telnergy provides energy procurement, mediation, and management services to UK businesses. Our services include market comparison, contract negotiation, switch management, billing dispute handling, and ongoing energy portfolio management.

3. How we are paid

Telnergy receives commission from energy suppliers when a client contract is completed. This commission is typically 1–2p per kWh and is built into the tariff rate you are quoted. We disclose our commission to you before you sign any contract. We do not charge upfront fees.

4. Your responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your energy usage and current contracts
• Notify us of any changes to your business circumstances that may affect our advice
• Not enter into energy contracts directly with suppliers we have introduced to you without our knowledge, during any active engagement

5. Our obligations

Telnergy will:

• Act in your best interests when making procurement recommendations
• Disclose our commission structure before any contract is signed
• Handle your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR
• Maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance

6. Limitation of liability

Telnergy provides advice and information in good faith based on market data available at the time. We are not liable for changes in energy market prices after a recommendation is made, or for actions taken by energy suppliers over which we have no control.

Our total liability to you in connection with our services shall not exceed the commission received in respect of your contracts in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
